Are Colway and Greenway tyres still available?: Unfortunately all tyres made by C-Tyres are unavailable for the foreseeable future.

Do the displayed prices include VAT?: Yes, the displayed item prices include VAT. The total VAT for your order will be displayed in the shopping basket.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Delta cards.
Will my credit card information be secure?: Yes, all payments are passed through a secure server using the latest encryption technology to keep your data safe. Look out for the padlock in your browser window for assurance that you are on a secure server. If you are unsure about placing your order online you can always call our customer service team and order over the telephone.
Do you share my address and other data?: No, at Tyre Monkey we take your privacy extremely seriously. We comply fully with the Data Protection Act and do not share any of your details with any other companies.

What does delivery cost?: At Tyre Monkey we aim to keep costs as low as possible. We charge just Ł3.74 per tyre for delivery.
How will you deliver my retreaded tyres?: Your order will be delivered by a courier.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?: Most tyres are always in stock, which means that you should receive delivery of your order within 2 days. If the tyres you ordered are not in stock we will notify you of an expected delivery date via email.
Do you have a shop I can visit?: No, we are based purely online in order to pass on our savings to you. We take orders via the internet, telephone or fax and delivery straight to your doorstep.
Do you delivery to addresses outside the UK?: No, at this time we deliver to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Are these brand new tyres?: We only sell new retreaded tyres. These are 1st generation tyres that have been remanufactured to meet the same European standards as a brand new tyre.
Are retreaded tyres as safe as new tyres?: Yes. Properly maintained retreaded tyres are just as safe as new tyres.
Do you sell retreaded 4x4 tyres?: Yes, at Tyre Monkey we are pleased to offer a wide range of cheap 4x4 tyres available in a range of sizes.
How long do retreaded tyres last?: The retreaded Colway Tyres we sell are manufactured according to European standards and match the quality of brand new tyres. Therefore, these retreaded Colway Tyres will last as long as any brand new tyre when properly maintained.
Will using retreaded tyres affect my warranty?: No, it is your decision to use whatever type of tyre you want for your car whether that may be retreaded or brand new.
